Colleagues, hello! We have more than 20 people in our lab, and the volume of data is growing every month. We work with NGS - mainly WES and panels. We want to implement a platform that will simplify interpretation and allow everyone to work in a single space. It is necessary for each specialist to be able to make their comments, and the result to be clear and transparent. Sometimes several people look at the same case, and confusion must be avoided. Has anyone already organized such a system?

After a long search, we settled on InheriNext® from https://compassbioinfo.com/ - and did not regret it. The platform allows the entire team to work simultaneously: someone uploads data, someone checks the conclusions, someone draws up a report. Everything is synchronized. The results are clear and justified - the system shows what each conclusion is based on. There are color labels, built-in models, filters by ACMG, everything is clear. It is convenient that everyone can leave a comment on the variant. This reduced disputes and sped up the work twice.

Thanks to InheriNext®, it was possible to establish joint work between bioinformaticians, doctors and geneticists. No need to send screenshots - everything is in the system. It is convenient to discuss cases, share links within the team, and also generate reports for different formats. The interface is intuitive - even new employees do not need long explanations. It works stably, supports different sequencers, and the analysis speed suits us. I recommend it!
