Hey folks, I’ve been dealing with some stubborn shoulder and neck tension for months and finally decided to stop just complaining about it and actually look into massage therapy. A coworker mentioned Vita Massage Therapy in passing and I looked them up, but I’m not seeing a ton of detailed reviews or posts about them anywhere.

I’m wondering if anyone here has been to Vita Massage Therapy recently and can share how it went. Did you feel like they listened to what you needed? Was it more of a relaxing session or did they really work on problem areas? I'm hoping to find a place that doesn’t just go through the motions but actually helps with chronic tightness.

Also curious if anyone has a favorite massage therapist there, or if certain services are better than others. Would really appreciate any insight or personal stories if you've been there before. Thanks in advance!
