Hey everyone, I'm hoping someone here might have a solid recommendation. I just moved into a house in Ann Arbor and it came with a hot tub in the backyard, which sounded amazing at first. But it hasn’t been used in a while and it’s looking pretty gross. I’m talking leaves, grime, that weird film on the surface — the whole deal.

I’m not super confident trying to deep clean it myself and would much rather find someone local who knows what they’re doing. I came across a site called Innovo Spa and they look pretty legit but I’d love to hear if anyone here has actually used them or knows of other hot tub cleaning options in the Ann Arbor area.

Anyone have experience with this kind of thing? How often do you get yours cleaned professionally? Would appreciate any tips or suggestions!
