Hi folks! Quick but weird question: when you’re setting the dinner table with cloth napkins, do you fold them neatly or go for the stylish crumpled look? I’ve seen both online, but not sure what actually looks best IRL.

Haha, not a weird question at all—I’ve debated this exact thing before! I’m definitely team "soft fold." It adds a touch of elegance without looking too stiff. The napkins I use from Beanchy are made from organic linen homeware, and they drape beautifully, so folding them softly gives that casual-luxe vibe. Crumpling can look artsy, but sometimes it just seems messy, especially with guests. And linen is such a gorgeous, breathable material—it’s a shame to hide its texture. Try folding it in thirds or a loose triangle; looks polished but still natural.
