I have made several galleries and there seems to be a problem each time. For some reason, clicking on a thumbnail image causes the gallery to collapse altogether! Here is an example:
carolinedooley.com/griswold-gall.html

All of the photos work, but randomly, one will cause the whole gallery to collapse. It is not always the same image that will cause the problem.

I just realized that this problem was reported last week. For some reason, it is labeled "Does not need an answer". I am reposting because I think this DOES need and answer. Others are also experiencing this...

I have the same problem on my site but only after I downloaded and upgraded to the latest version of the gallery. I use it in a Ligtbox window. Here is a link to my site:

Maybe it's just on my computer this happens? Some of the galleries are working in IE 9, others not.... also after I've cleared the browser (IE 9)cache. All galleries are working in Firefox and Chrome.

Is there a way to see if I've managed to upgrade to the new version og CSS Image Gallery? I've uploaded all actual pages and also the ScriptLibrary and Styles folders.

Hello Oystein.

The version of the product on your site is 1.1.3 which is currently the latest.

Lets Try the following:

1.Download fresh copy of the extension from the product page in our site:
CSS Image Gallery

2.Remove the extension from Extension Manager and install the fresh copy

3.Delete the Styles and ScriptLibrary folders and reinsert the extensions in order to recreate them.

Best regards : Vulcho.

Do you mean to reinsert all extensions used on the site? That would be quite a big job that I'd like to avoid doing? If its only the gallery extension that needs to be reinserted than it's OK.

Hello Oystein.

by 3.)Delete the Styles and ScriptLibrary folders and reinsert the extensions in order to recreate them.

I mean :
3.1.Open your page in DW
3.2.Delete the both folders from your local root workspace in DW
3.3.Close your page in DW
3.4.Open your page again in DW , the extensions will recognize the required files and will place them again.
3.5. Upload to your hosting server , overwriting the existing files.
