I just installed the Lightbox v1.07update on my Mac but it does not load the user screen. I have several of your products and everytime I have updated to a new version, I had to enter the serial number, login into my DMXzone account before it is activated. This update did not do this and it is not working. I followed the same procedure I used to update every other time and this is the first time it did not ask me to login in. I believe this may be a bug?. As a result I cannot use the latest extension. Please advise
