Hello Roxana,
That option can be accessed in the Presets Manager.
When Lightbox UI is opened click on "Manage Presets" button. That will open "DMXzone Lightbox Presets Explorer". There select the preset you like to edit ( to remove the title ) and click on "Edit" button. There in "Behavior" section uncheck the "Show Title" option.
