I want to put a Facebook share link on each of several html page that come up inside a lightbox group. When someone follows the links from Facebook to one of these html pages I want the html page link to open the html page inside lighbox. This is because the html pages for lightbox have no site navigation on them as they are designed to be opened inside lightbox. It like going back to the old days of frames and forcing a page to open inside its frameset, which could be done then using javascript. Any suggestions?

Yes I know that. I will try to explain so you understand with this example. If you go to www.hansenprotection.no/survival/l-offshore.html and click on the top left suit called Sea Air, then the link opens in Lightbox. So far so good. The link that opens in Lightbox is this page: www.hansenprotection.no/survival/sea-air/index.html If I put a Facebook share link on this page then when you click the link from Facebook the page does not open in Lightbox. The problem is that teh page is designed to open in Lightbox and has no menus, naviagtion etc for the rest of the site. WHat I want is to make a link to www.hansenprotection.no/survival/sea-air/index.html that forces this page to open in Lightbox, or to have a script on this page that forces it to open in Lightbox just as if it had been opened in Lightbox from the link on page www.hansenprotection.no/survival/l-offshore.html

I am not making myself clear .-) What I want is to have a standard URL link (A) that I can post on any external site, eg. Facebook. The link (A) should link to page (C) on my site in the normal way. When you try to open page (C) it should have an eg "onload" javascript so that link (A) actually goes to page (C) in the normal way, but whenever you try open page (C) it automatically first loads page (B) and then next automatically opens lighbox on (B) and then finally loads and displays page (C) in lightbox on page (B). Is there such an "onload" javascript, can you make it? Or how else do you suggest I achieve this?

Hello,

I am a little confused with your explanations. Can you please try to create what you need to achieve and provide a link to it where we can check what is not working?

Go here: www.hansenprotection.no/survival/test-lightbox.html then click on the little man to open an html page in lightbox. On the page that opens in lightbox you will see a facebook like button. Click Like. Then from facebook click on the link that the like button generated. When you follow this link from facebook the page does not open inside lightbox. I want this page to force itself to load inside lightbox just as if you had clicked the little man on this page: www.hansenprotection.no/survival/test-lightbox.html
