Lightbox Editor window does not open when trying to make my first popup

I installed the extension, the latest as of today, CS 5.5 on mac, and I made a text link to a photo. Put my cursor in the link somewhere, and clicked the Lightbox Link box in the Insert menu. Nothing happens. I don't get the popup window that lets me configure the Lightbox. Nothing at all happens. Not doing anything fancy at all. Help! Replies

Did you restarted DW after completing the install shield of the extension?
