Billboard and Lightbox Problem

If you are testing this on IE, please, press the F-12 and in the resulted UI see to change the Document Mode from Quirks to IE# Standards.
I have tested your page now on IE9, IE7 and IE8 and it is working correctly.

Hmmm, but not in Safari on the Mac and there is a Z- issue on Chrome Mac with the navigation bar.
