Registration of HTML5 Slideshow fails

I try to install HTML5 Slideshow on Dreamweaver CS4. OS is Windows 7.When I fill in my username and password on the registration pop up and enter, I get a message telling me that my username or password is invallid. I do use the correct username and password.
Also when I ask to send my login info to me by pressing the 'Forgot your username or password?' button, I never receive an e-mail.
Any idea what might cause this.

I also have this problem and have checked my email several times without a solution! I'm not sure what I'm checking my email for as I've used the username and password sent to my. when trying to install slideshow I've tried to copy and paste it, written it down and entered it manually all without success
