Hey folks,

I'm working on a mid-sized web app that's starting to gain more users, and we're noticing some serious slowdowns when traffic spikes. Our internal QA team has done a decent job up until now, but performance testing isn't really their specialty. We're considering hiring an outside company that offers software performance testing services to help figure out where the bottlenecks are and hopefully improve how our system handles load.

I came across this site that offers performance testing services, and it looks promising, but I’d really like to hear from people who’ve actually gone this route. Did it help? Was it worth the money? How hands-on were they during the testing process?

Would love to hear your experiences, good or bad. Also open to any other recommendations for reliable companies that do this kind of testing. Thanks in advance.
