I'm trying to restructure how we collect and process data from our campaigns. Everyone’s talking about building a “modern data stack” and moving to server-side tracking. It sounds cool but kind of overwhelming. Anyone here already made that shift?

We started that process a few months back. It’s definitely a learning curve, especially with data warehousing.

Yeah, we transitioned last year and it took a few weeks to get the architecture right. But once we did, our analytics became far more reliable. If you're considering it, read the article here — it outlines the stack components and how to make them work together. We’re using S2S tracking with BigQuery and custom dashboards. No more broken pixels or lost data due to browser restrictions. Plus, server-side gives you more control over user events and processing logic, which is critical for any serious scaling effort.
