Is there any way you can show a video or the steps to recreate the "DMXzone Tube Showcase". It is exactly what I am trying to do with Feed Genie, but the documentation doesn't go into really any detail outside of the "Picassa Feeds".

Your Showcases are great and neat to see what we "can do", but without guides or a video to show the steps they are a bit mute and somewhat defeat the purpose of buying for extensions to "ease in the design/creation" when you can't figure out how to achieve those results. I am definitely impressed with the extensions I have bought and have been able to use, but being on the newer side to your extensions, I do find the "figuring out" of some of the extensions a bit difficult even after looking at the provided manual

Help on achieving this function with the Feed Genie would be very much appreciated!

Hello Chris,
There are not any differences the way you use Picasa or any of the other feeds. It all depends on what exactly the feed returns and which parts of it do you want to use. Please check the basic tutorials and then when you get the idea just use any feed you want.

Thank you I do appreciate your quick response. I did try using the tutorial and applying it with YouTube, and try to add the feed/style/etc., but I couldn't seem to get that working. That is why the hope of having some type of tutorial, or steps, or video to show how u achieve the effects your show in your showcases would be an invaluable help - especially to the newbies with your extensions.

I will keep trying though...

I am able to add the YouTube Account (I am trying to do the User Playlists) it shows the correct lists in the "Test", but the next step in the manual is to Add an Image and select Data Sources then thumbnail. The FeedGenie doesn't give me thumbnail options and when I go to insert the image, I do not get a "Data Sources" option - so I have nothing to bind the data. I am using Dreamweaver CC for PC and Feed Genie (there is no ASP version anymore which the manual is referencing).

It is unfortunate that the requests for help in using your extensions don't seem to be answered. I have invested a small fortune in your extensions (seemingly prematurely, yet was planning on continuing to buy your extensions) after being excited with what they seemed to offer and what can be done with them. I have been trying to figure out the use of the extensions through the limited information on the manuals and very few helpful responses from the forums, I have purposefully decided not to invest any further money into your products as I have not been able to get them to work the way I thought (which I am sure is because I am not doing something right), but there is so little support from your company to assist.

I just wish I came to this conclusion $1000+ ago.
