I have downloaded the Google Maps extension but when I try to install I get the error message This extention cannot be installed. It requires version 7 or greater. I am running Dreamweaver CS4 v 10 Replies

Hello John,
Seems like the mxp files on your computer are associated and being opened by an older version of adobe extension manager when you double click them. Open Dreamweaver, click Commands > Manage Extensions and this will open the proper version of Adobe Extension Manager, where you can install it.
We highly recommend installing the DMXzone Extension Manager. You no longer need serial numbers, username/password when installing extensions: www.dmxzone.com/go/22670/dmxzone-extension-manager-for-dreamweaver/
