Hello Phil,

try following:
Remove the extension from extension manager, restart and close DW. Clean DW Cache. Download the extension from our site and install it in Extension Manager. Start Dreamweaver and test it.

Hi, Miroslav. I followed your directions exactly, but I still get the error message when saving. It does appear to save, but not without throwing the error.
