Hello,I've downloaded the new version (1.0.6) from your website and updated previous 1.0.5 (manually, how Lubov indicate in the announcement) but now every time that I open the extension manager, it ask me to update to the 1.0.7 version... where is possible download it?

Sorry for the trouble - we had a last minute publishing problem.
If you have installed the new 1.0.6 - then execute the " fake" 1.0.7 update or download again the full and install.
Either way it is fixed now.
