Two accounts causing serious problems in DMXzone Extension Manager??

Two accounts causing serious problems in DMXzone Extension Manager. When I login into Account 1, it says I have 26 unauthorized extensions. When I login into Account 2, it says I have 38 unauthorized extensions and that you are going to delete all unauthorized extensions on October 28th. These are all completely legit, paid for extensions but within two accounts. How can I prevent you from deleting extensions that are completely paid for?? Can the accounts be combined to help solve this issue? I can't risk loosing any of my completely paid for extensions.

Please REinstall all of the extensions, using this account in DMXzone Extension Manager.
