DEM not responding with Dreamweaver 2017 on Mac...

Hi Robert,

When are you exactly experiencing the freezing? When you are installing a particular extension or when you are installing multiple extensions at once?

Normally it should work just fine.

We are working on optimizing the installation process greatly and will be bringing another update of DEM very soon. If you are interested I can send you a beta so you can try out if it is more stable and faster

DEM is freezing upon opening either by the app or from inside Dreamweaver when DEM opens by itself...I do not even have time to try to install extensions...

hoping to solve this issue soon, because I am stuck with a Dreamweaver upgrade causing the problem. I am still very frustrated by the fact that every time an upgrade is done extensions don"t follow...

Hi Robert,

We just released a new version of DEM that should solve all your problems. So just update the current when prompted or download the newest separately and do a new install.

I have just receive an email from the DMXzone team saying this:

We noted that you are using an old version of DMXzone Extension Manager! We already have a much newer version, containing many new cool features as well as huge speed improvements in installing extensions!

As of 1st of January 2017 we will be deprecating the old version so it will stop functioning.

Please download and install the latest DMXzone Extension Manager from:

Hi,

I am trying to use the latest version of DMXzone Extension Manager, but it doesn't work...When I click to open it, it just freezes and does not open...I have opened a ticket on that issue 4 weeks ago with no success...George asked me to download the latest version and install it...

Presently I have installed the 1.2.1 of DMXzone Extension Manager, but with no success...
I am using OS 10.10.4

I have installed Dreamweaver CS5.5, CC, CC2015 and CC2017

Please tell me why does the old Extension Manager opens by itself even if I have the latest one installed?

hi Robert,

you probably haven't removed or replaced the old version with the new 1.2.1
just make sure you quit the old one fully so it is not running and then install the new one by dragging its icon the application folder and choosing replace.

we have full tested the latest version on the mac and it is working perfect.
