Hi Jefferis,
It appears there are some permission issues on your machine. Are you running the Extension Manager as Administrator?

Yes, I am logged in as an admin however my user is not on the boot drive, which is SSD. My user is on another volume

This should not really matter. The question is - was the extension manager installed under the same user?
Please make sure to completely remove it, and install the latest version under your current user.

No, same problem. And I checked permissions on all files and folders from User and library down to commands and all are read and write for me and admin

Hi Jeferris,
This is hard to debug, as it appears to be an issue on your specific configuration. Are your user folders on an external drive?
Try setting the permissions of the extension manager folder to: chmod 777

What is the normal path to that folder on the mac? The application folder or app support folder in the Library?
