App Connect install stuck on 15% in Extension Manager

I've just installed Dreamweaver CC 2021 then installed all my DMXzone extensions successfully, except for App Connect that is stuck on 15%.Queue says 2.5Mb of 16.16Mb - connected to 1 peer.
How can I remove App Connect then reinstall?

Quit and restart the extension manager, go to queue tab, remove the extension from there using the (X) icon.
Quit and restart the extension manager and install it again.
