reinstalled both nivo slider and HTML 5 slide show 2 using Adobe extension manager. I'm am unable to install either of these products with your DMZzone manager due to our network security. every time I start your extension manager I get an no connection error. failed to retrieve data from server. try again. after the reinstallation of both products I still am having the same error I got in my first post. please provide me with your e-mail address so I can supply you with screen shots.

Adobe extension manager is full of bugs. It does not properly install the extensions that's why you see these errors.
Please be a little more detailed what do you mean by: "I'm am unable to install either of these products with your DMZzone manager due to our network security." ?

Try Again." even when I install your products, I have to e-mail your sales staff for the serial verification codes so the products will install. what is your e-mail address ?

Please make sure there is nothing that blocks the extension manager from connecting our servers ... When installing the extensions using DMXzone Extension Manager it does not require you to enter serial numbers.

All you need to do is to download and install the latest version of DMXzone Extension Manager. Then make sure you do not have any firewall/antivirus enabled, that blocks the DMXzone Extension Manager from connecting our servers. Then if the issue is related to your network just ask your network admins to exclude the DMXzone Extension Manager from the restrictions, as it is very important to keep your extensions up to date.

ok, I will call SSA and tell them to change their firewall rules. I'm sure they will get right on that. Especially after the major security breach that they had. is there no other way we can get these products installed properly ?

I already explained you how to install your extensions.
It is not our fault that Adobe Extension Manager is full of bugs and cannot properly install the extensions. Not sure what exactly do you mean about calling SSA etc.. but that's the way to install your extensions.
