Extension Does not show up in Extension Manager

Just Purchased File System Connector. It does not show up in Extension Manager and when I try to add/redeem it says that invalid serial or already added. I realize I could download manually..but I thought someone should know about it not showing up in Extension Manager Replies

Hello Ghassan,
The redeem option is only supposed to be used, when you purchase the extensions from Adobe Addons website.
Please open the DMXZone EM menu, and click the reset database button. Your extension will appear then under purchased.
