I recently purchased Flash Album 2 - but I can't install it without the license which I've not yet received - any suggestions? Please Advise - thanks.

1. Log in into www.dmxzone.com
2. Click on MyDMXzone
3. Then click on My Purchases page.
4. There should be listed the licenses for all extensions that you have purchased.

Dear Georgi: Thanks for your response. May I suggest that the information you provided me to access the serial number for my download be stated somewhere on the product order page for the product(s) purchased? I don't mean to post the serial number - what I mean is that it could have avoided a lot of confusion and wasted time for me if it was clearly stated that: 1) a serial number is required to complete installation, and 2) the serial number will be available in the "MyPurchases" page after an order transaction has been succesfully completed. I was about to call my credit card company and have the order cancelled.

I was able to install the Flash Album Generator successfully - at least that's what Dreamweaver 8 says.

I'm totally new to Flash Album Generator and there seems to be no help or "getting started" with it in the download.

Is there some basic instructional material avaliable that I can refer to for getting started with it?

After purchasing our extension we send email where it explained how to download the product and it is included your personal Serial Number.

Regarding the email that I was supposed to receive: I ordered the Flash Album Generator yesterday evening around 6 pm E.S.T (I'm in USA/NYC). It's now 10:10 am E.S.T here in NYC and other than the receipt for the purchase from PayPal which I received within 2 minutes of placing the order, I've received nothing from DMX stating where to find the serial number - which is why I had to post to the forum. May I suggest that there may be a problem with the automatic email generation that needs to be checked.

Regarding the HELP information: Thanks for the link, I was able to print out the PDF info, however: it would have been a lot easier (for me as a customer) if DMX included the instructions in the download of the extension - this is the way other software vendors do it with their downloads. As it is now, there's no mention or indication that such material is available - at least I could not find it, until you provided the link. Which raises yet another issue: the DMX site is not that easy to navigate to find stuff: For example, there's no direct link to the Flash Album Generator forum that I could see. I first have to click on an ICON for extensions, then click a Rich Media ICON, then click some more and eventually I get to it. But it's buried, and it's also not on the list of forums in the drop-down menu.

In any case, thanks again for your help and speedy response.
