Changing the export file type causes the data exporter to mix up fields. This makes it impossible to change the values

I was having a problem with this last night too. I created an excel export. Then wanted to save another copy of that excel export as a CSV export. I saved the file then opened the dialog to change the type to csv. However the CSV export mixed up the column names. For example, one of my columns was "Vendor". That vendor label showed up probably three times. Then I think in the third column there was data from a column that I didn't want - that had never been part of either export. I went into the settings and everything looked correct. I had to delete everything and start from scratch to get it to work... I use a Mac too.

Well its doing it to me again.. I've been struggling with an export for an hour now. There is a particular column name that is showing up 3 times. I want it only in the first column. However its also at the top of columns 7 and 13. And the data in columns 7 and 13 is data I don't even have selected! This is so frustrating... All I wanted to do was tweak some reports I built last night and now they're broken.
