Hi Dave,
What is the refresh time you set for the scheduler?

Refresh time is 30 seconds.

Have uploaded the same file as before for the previous issue so you can see the problem.

On a side note, it would be great if we could apply multiple On Success Events to the Actions in App Connect, as we could with HTML 5 Data Bindings.

Resolution - I selected 'No Animation' in the Chart Properties Panel and the flashing has ceased. Have left the page up so you can see the issue though.
