App connect panel freezes when adding a row

HelloI have an issue with the app connect panel I have followed the steps as mentioned in the video tutorial to create a layout, and everything goes fine until I add a row, in that step, the app connect panel stops working and I can not see the row added, if I save and re open the file, the app connect panel keeps loading forever, im on OSX High Sierra and Dreamweaver 2018 latest update
