Error when ordering through Kagi

I am trying to order the article "Dynamic 3D Charts" through Kagi (Pay Pal does not work in South Africa). For some reason the purchasing engine returns an error specific to this article. I have ordered the your other articles via Kagi today with no problem. Replies
