I have just purchased this article and having followed the link from the purchase confirmation email downloads don't work.
If I click "download the pdf" my browser attempts to display the pdf but just stalls.
If I right click and select save target as... again nothing
same with the code.
any ideas?

I can download everything from that article so the problem is likely to be with your cookies. Can you delete your cookies and try again?
