Hi! I can't seem to download the pdf file or the code download. For each one, a blank screen appears and nothing happens? Please could you let me know how I can get the download (I have paid for the article).

I've noticed that this problem happens occasionally when your cookies are corrupt. Can you try deleting them. Log in again and see if you can download. If not, email me at
