I have an App connected with a MySql database and to make it I've used your HTML5 Data Bindings extension:

Now when I open the "Data Source" in the "Data Bindings control panel", the "Type" menu view me this message:
Database Source (deprecated - use Server Connect)

Could you tell me how to update (or to create new Data Source) without lost the previous connection?

No, we have not closed this area for sure
Everything now will just be created through the Server Connect.
