Help! Can't upload large files - customer furious!!

this works fine on smaller files, but if someone wants to upload a larger file (say over 30M, then it sits there with the progress bar at "initializing" and never starts uploading. Why??? Replies

Yes, I've set the maximum file size to over 400mb and that didn't help. I've also completely emptied that field so there is no size specified and that did not help either.

we're running IIS7, and I've set the maximum file size in the .NET settings fairly high.. but the ASP upload still transfers a 16MB file fine, but freezes initializing on an 86MB file.
