User interface needs more control.

You should be able to set the width of each cell from within the interface rather than manually. You can set the Sub menu width in the interface, but it does not save, so again, it's manual.

Also, it should insert the menu as an include, rather than placing all of the code right on the page so that it is easier and more efficient to update.

A CSS UI would be helpful as well. Your style sheets are very complex and it is not easy to find each element.
