How do you prevent the "Alt Text" bubble from appearing when you hover over a menu item?

Unfortunately this is not possible.

This is something that should be engineered out. When you attempt to click on a menu button the alt text bubble covers up the text on the button, same thing on the sub menu. It is very annoying. I have a client I used this menu for and now I'm going to have to use another menu program because they do not want the bubbles covering up the text. Is there a way to adjust the placement of the alt text bubble?
