I am curious in using this to create sites, and have it link to the CMS. I would want the client to be able to add pages to the menu (then edit them), but also be able to rearrange the order of where the links appear on the menu/sub menu - or move an item from a sub menu to the main menu/etc.

Is this something that is possible?
Many thanks!

Hello Chris,
This depends on how is your database table setup and how are the menu items sorted. The menu is just reading what the recordset returns (note this extension is only compatible with the old server behaviors and not with the server connect ones) so if you provide an option for the user to set order (1,2,3..) to the menu items in the backend it will be possible to do this.

Thanks for the reply! Is there a newer extension that is compatible with the new behaviors? Many thanks!

You can use DMXzone Bootstrap 3 Navigation www.dmxzone.com/go/22598/dmxzone-bootstrap-3-navigation with the new repeat regions/data sources.
