Brand new to HTML5 Slideshow product. First thing I noticed was that I guess I was confused when I ordered because I swore this had an option to show all the thumbnails and then when one is clicked, it launches the slideshow. So far I have not found this. Am I confusing this with another of your extension products? This may be a deal breaker since my client insists on this functionality. If HTML5 slideshow does not do this, what is your refund policy? Or would the CSS gallery animation extension be better? Can I apply this purchase to that product and pay any difference?

Hi Dan,

In the HTML5 Slideshow there are no thumbnail options. You can enable Lightbox support but this will result in displaying a bigger image from the slideshow (when clicked on the slide).

Maybe you mean our CSS Image Gallery - www.dmxzone.com/go?13984 - has a thumbnail rows and main image. Does have slideshow option.

or Animated Thumbail Gallery - www.dmxzone.com/go?17132 - has initially thumbnail view only and displays a bigger image in lightbox when thumbnail is clicked - but no slideshow option.

Greetings,
George

George, I do believe I was supposed to order the CSS Image Gallery and not the HTML5 Slideshow. Is there any way to convert the money I spent on HTML5 and get a copy of CSS Image Gallery? I am a legit agency owner and will gladly trash my copy of the HTML5 extension of you can send me a download link and serial number for the correct software I need to complete this project. Do this and I will make sure to post a positive review somewhere of your customer support. I paid $89 for HTML5, how much is the CSS Image Gallery extension?

Hi Dan,

Yes you can exchange it. Just buy the other CSS Image Gallery and let me know, I will then refund you the HTML5 Slideshow.

George

Sounds good. But before I buy CSS Image Gallery, I see that under the "requirements" tab the "platform" listings are missing and that Mac OS X is not listed. On the HTML5 extension, it lists Mac, but not the CSS Image Gallery extension. Will this software work on Dreamweaver CS4 for Macintosh or is it Windows only?

And to get the lightbox effect of your demos, which bundle to I need to purchase?

Hi Dan,

Yes all our extensions work on Mac OSX as well Windows.
When you click on the "Buy now" button you will be offered all bundles that the extension is in, so choose the one you find most profitable for you.

Greetings,
George
