Hello,

I have just purchased HTML Editor 3. When setting it up under 'Image Size & Upload' and then selecting 'Allow Upload' I get the following message:

"There is no supported upload extension installed for the current used server model"

I do have Image Gallery AddOn 1.02, Pure PHP2 Upload and Smart Image Processor PHP. This was all working fine with the HTML Editor 3.

Many thanks

Hello Teodore,

Thanks for the prompt reply.

Finally realised there was an extension/s conflict. Great product - thanks!

Hi Teodore,

No I have not solved the problem as yet. I loaded Editor 3 on CS4 (I am running CS5) with no problems. I strongly suspect an extension conflict! I will have to work through this one.

Obviously if you have any other advice it would be appreciated. I do see that updating the jquery-latest.pack.js file to the latest version (1.5.1) might be an answer.

Great product though!

Dear Jan,

There shouldn't be any extension conflict.
If you are updating your old version of the editor, please make sure to delete the old jquery-latest.pak.js from the scriptlibrary folder and reapply the new editor.
