On this page www.teldave.co.nz/elec/rates.htm I had a script that highlights the table rows as the mouse pointer moves over it.
The script was in the editable region that the editor has access to.
Once the editor was used and the changes saved the table highlight script automatically gets deleted and the feature is broken.
The only way to fix is move the script into the template outside the editable regions. So now the script is on every page even if it is not needed.

HTML Editor filters scripts by default. You can uncheck the option Filter Scripts in the AHE interface.
