Installed the extension followed instructions. Can see all the icons in Design View how it should be but when viewed in browser or live view all i see is the standard text box - no icons. Using Windows 7 Prof, DW CS5, IE9

Hi Phillip,

Make sure all required files are uploaded well on your server.
The files from /ScriptLibrary and /Styles folder.

If you still have problems please post a sample url so we can check.

Thanks for the reply. The problem appears to be in applying the extension to an existing site. I since set up and installed the extension into a fresh new test site and found it worked OK so i copied all the include files from that new site into my existing site (over writing all existing includes) and this solved the problem. This also can be achieved by deleting all include files from the existing site and reapplying the Extension ( together with all add-ons that you had previously set). It will copy all necessary files.
