Advanced HTML editor not loading on to page

I had a copy of version 2, installed it but didn't show up in the insert menu - dmxzone.So purchased upgrade to version 3 this does show in the insert menu but when try to insert in to existing page nothing happens.
Dreamweaver CS5 Mac OS X snow leopard, page is vbscript asp.

The extension should be used from the Insert bar under DMXzone tab, not from the Insert Menu.
