I'm using IE9 and sometimes the Editor is not visible? How come?below a screenshot of what the user is seeing:

Not such error on our machines. I tested on several machines with Windows XP / Vista / 7 OS and IE7,IE8,IE9
B.t.w i see that you are using 3.1.0 Version of HTML editor , and the latest is 3.2.1 .
It's recommended that you upgrade all of our extensions to the latest versions and upgrade your sites.
