I just installed HTML Editor 3 for a website. The HTML Editor 3 works in IE8 , IE9, and Mozilla. But all of the formatting buttons and html buttons within the editor don't do anything or apply any formatting. I used Chrome on your website and clicked on the first demo of HTML Editor and that one didn't work either. Promoted Solutions

Hello All.
With the latest update to Google Chrome 17.0.963.83 the issue doesn't appear anymore.I can state that is officially fixed. Just tested on Mac OSX and my other machines with Win XP/7.
Please update your browsers.

Hello all.
Seems like the problem is caused by bug in Chrome browser regarding touch devices. The Chrome 17&18 are experiencing the following problem , and the problem is fixed in Chrome 19. I can advise you to stay on Chrome 16 for the moment.
Our team is currently working on workaround and i will notify you here when there is a solution to the problem as soon as possible.

Chrome Version: 17.0.963.46 m
Steps to test page:
1. Go To This Link: www.birddogclub.com/Birddog_Splash.asp?dealer=Rob Test Dealer
2. Then click on Sales Personnel Link (Left Side Navbar)
3. Login - Email: Password:***
4. Click on this link after logged in: "Send batch email (Using Simple Form)"
**You can type in text but none of the formatting buttons do anything.
NOTE: when testing on my laptop I have an older version of Chrome: 16.0.912.77 m - And this one works fine so it looks like the most updated version of Chrome has the problems.

I have the same problem. I have received frustating emails from clients that the editor is not working anymore .... I have updated the website with the latest editor. Everything worked perfect last week and now suddenly it is not working in chrome anymore. So is it a bug in Chrome or a bug in the latest update of the editor? Also I experienced suddenly some bugs in the editor in IE where it is not possible to edit the editable area anymore .... GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. Hopefully the problem with Chrome will be solved soon!

toolbar (ver. 3.3) problem with chrome: I see the toolbar but it doesn't work. I click on every button but nothing do on content. For example if I click on formatting button or crate link, insert image ecc, I haven't any action into text area. If I do right-click into the text area and I select any action from contextual menu I've got any problem.
