Yesterday when visiting my Account to get the latest download og Advanced HTML Editor 3, we noticed that we didn't have "File Manager Add-on" when purchasing we appear to have purchased another copy of"Advanced HTML Editor 3" and "Online Page Editor Add-on". Is it possible to have a credit for the duplicated items please? Additionally although we like your products, and this product appears to beperfect for what we require, when we have tried to install it, we have had functionality problems e.g. although we can access/edit the page where it was installed as test - the buttons, bold, save etc did not work. Do you have a PDF User Guide which covers installation, and access/use of the product please? Sorry for being a pain

Hello Mike,

The duplicated products are in your account because you purchased 2 different discount bundles that contain them:
Online Website Editor Bundle and Online HTML5 MP3 Management Bundle

I see in your account you also have the File Manager Add-on.

About the problems that you are having - please provide a link to your page.

Thanks for your prompt reply - I'm sorry but the purchase option was confusing which resulted in the duplicated purchase.

Is there a PDF User Guide available?

My only problem is that I am unable to make a database connection in Dreamweaver to use the product, the link from the manuals and your website to the adobe website to explain this, no longer exists. Can you please provide simple instructions, how to connect to the Database using Dreamweaver, so that we can use the product only on certain pages on a website we have created for a client. The website we're trying to install it with is a Junior School website - www.ysgolbodffordd.org The database details are as follows:-
Server / Host Name: mysql1.namesco.net
Database: bodfforddcms
Username: bodfforddcms
Password: (We have this)

Admin Login
Username: bodfforddcms
Password: (We have this)

I look forward to hearing from you.
