I installed html editor 3 and accessed the page with an ipad1, ipad2 and ipad3 with the same result. when the editor is clicked to place the cursor in a specific place it jumps elsewhere, it is impossible to set the cursor to be in one spot. This is a bug. has it been reported or fixed ?

Hi Alejandro,

Could you specify which iOS version you have running on the iPad? Also are you using the latest Advanced HTML Editor version? And do you have a live link somewhere to see exactly your case?

Thanks,
George

Happens on iO5 5.1, but my partner also tested on ipad2, prev. iOS.
This happens with the latest version of HTML3. Unfortunately it is in an intranet with sensitive data.
Let me set up a page outside the intranet with the HTML3 and upload it for you to see it, I will post the link in about 20 min.
Thanks,

Aleks

As it turns out I installed HTML3 fresh on a new website and it seems to work fine, what could cause it to not focus on a different website. Perhaps my partner did not copy all related files ? Different enviroment ?

Yes probably not all files were updated and uploaded with the latest version. We've made quite a lot of iPad specific optimization in the last version so you should make sure you have all the related files updated. Like the /ScriptLibrary and /Styles folder

Glad to hear it all works.

Greetings,
George
