By saving a simple text the html editor doubles the <br> tags or inserts two unwanted <br> tags after the paragraphs, so I have a big space between the text blocks. This looks not good and I've found no way to prevent this behavior. I've tryed all Enter Handlings. Can I solve this issue or is this a bug?

Sorry, I've posted this same issue under "Questions", But this is more of a problem.

By saving a simple text the html editor doubles the <br> tags or inserts two unwanted <br> tags after each paragraph, so I have big spaces between the text blocks. Every time I save the text, the editor adds two new <br> tags each. This makes the editor unusable for a cms and I've found no way to prevent this behavior. I've tryed all Enter Handlings, no matter.

Please provide a link to your page and the browser (version)you are getting this issue into.

Thanks for the quick replay. While checking my PHP code once again I've found an old code line, which has replaced \r\n in <br/>. Befor this news editor was a flat text type without formatting and this line was necessary to generate the new lines in HTML.

Now everything is fine - problem solved.
