is it possible create an internal link(anchor), ex. when I've a long text, with an interface button or the unique way are edit in html mode?

sorry that's not what I meant. I wanted to know if an anchor button already exists in the interface, or another facet that allowes inexperienced users to insert an anchor ("A name" tag.
I remember that something similar existed in FCK Editor.
