has this problem

When inserting anchors from the link facility for anchors on the same page, the editot strips out the # on save and replaces it with the page name from which you are editing e.g. edit-page.php. The only way around this problem I can find is to replace with the full page name (but this causes problems if the page name or path are changed and with the use of short url's this could happen more frequently) or to edit direct in the database.

So if I am in the cms on the page edit-page.php?id=25 and editing a page for the main website. The page contains an anchor called anchor1 and I wish to have a link from the top of the page to anchor1. I insert a link as #anchor1 but when the page is saved, it changes it to edit-page.php?id=25#anchor1
