I have a folder in my website's root where I have a page with your AdvHTMLEdt3 with your ImageUploader and your FileManager Addon to manage content. For practical reason I need that your FileManager Addon to upload file to a folder in my website's root not in its own folder but here is the deal very, time a try to do that the FileManager Addon shows online a "INVALID FOLDER!" message. In the other hand if I change the upload destination to a folder into the same folder where my FileManager is then everything works fine. So why I can use your FileManager Addon only to upload file to folders in the same folder where this addon is?. By the way, your ImageUploader works perfectly fine in both scenarios; should not be the same for your FileManager?

Can you please describe your site structure? Which is the root folder and which is the upload folder and where exactly it is located?
It would be better if you also attach a screenshot of your site definition structure in Dreawmeaver.
