I just installed the extension on DW CS6. I see the HTML object in the DMXZone tool bar, but when I click on it nothing happens, wont insert the object or nothing.

After restarting it again it worked. Apparently after initial setup it needs one restart after it is registered. Cant just register and use right away for some reason.

You need always to restart DW after a new extension is installed and the installed shield in DW is completed.
