I am very upset that issues I have raised (and spent hours on) with technical support on three different extensions (HTML Editor 3, Nivo Extension, and Ajax Grid) have all been (un)-resolved with the same answer: The developer is aware of the problem, and it will have to await him. One of these problems (an error that causes navigation to break if an apostrophe is in a displayed field in a datagrid) has been open for nearly two months. In each case I was told that a quick fix was coming (perhaps within the day) only to find that nothing comes. Teodore and Miro have both tried valiently to find work-arounds, but they point their fingers at George, who does not answer any emails. The company focus seems to be on churning out new extensions rather than making the ones that they have work cleanly. C'mon George. Fix the old extensions before working on the new ones.

James,

George, my issues are not just limited to IE11.
1) I can no longer put multiple instances of the editor on a single page and have the data properly retrieved from the database.
2) Apostrophe's in the database cause the navigation functions in datagrid to break
3) The editor seems to load before the data is received (page ready) causing the user to think that a field is empty when there is data.

All of these appear in chrome and firefox. That is why I am so upset.

Hi James,

Could you please post links that shows every specific problem in separately?

When you talk about data not being loaded, I presume you mean data loaded with HTML5 Data Bindings & DMXzone Database Connector?

Also do you mean the Ajax Datagrid?
Also a showcase will be nice of the problem.

Greetings,
George

George,

I will create links and send them to your PM as I don't want to post links directly here. I have already demoed these for Miro and/or Teodore and was told you had been apprised. (Plus, I wrote to you on November 19 as well and received no response.) I will get the links and showcase for you ASAP.
